And we’ve added a galvanized, full-metal, painted steel jacket with louvers to cover and protect exterior coils from the elements or other external hazards, like that baseball that got away.

Low operating sound lets you relax in quiet comfort. Concept H air conditioners and heat pumps are specially designed to keep comfortable, while keeping noise at a minimum. For example, all units are equipped with a sound blanket that reduces sounds from the compressor as it pumps to meet household cooling demands. And Concept H heat pumps use QuietShift technology to control sound levels when the unit is in the defrost cycle.

High energy efficiency helps lower utility bills. Compared to older units, Concept H air conditioners and heat pumps use less energy to maintain comfort throughout the home. With an efficiency rating of 12 SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio), these units help you save money on your utility bills, even during the most extreme weather conditions.

Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF): The total heating output of a heat pump during its normal annual usage period for heating divided by the total electric power input in watt-hours during the same period. Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER): The total cooling of a central unitary air conditioner or unitary heat pump in BTUs during its normal annual usage period for cooling divided by the total electric energy input in watt-hours during the same period.
