The Bryant/Carrier cartridge type media filter features comes with all original manufactured equipment. The two-pack filter package earns a Minimum Efficiency Rating Value (MERV) rating of 8, which is above the minimum recommended standards of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers. It only needs to be replaced every six months. The filter's large surface area can effectively deter unwanted airborne virus particles, bacteria, fine dust, dirt, tobacco smoke, coal, insecticide dust, and pet dander. The 20" X 25" X 5" pleated media filter can replace Bryant part number FILBBCAR0020, and the Carrier part number FILCCCAR0020. This particular filter also works for Bryant, Carrier, Payne, and Day-Night Air Cleaner Cabinets. The two pack 20" X "25" X 5" can also replace the following parts: FILBBCAR0020 for FILCAB and MPKA series air cleaners, also known as the FILXXCAR0020, FILBBFTC0020, FILCCFTC0020, FILCCCAR0020, FILCCCAR0020, FILBBFT0020, and KEAFL0301020.
