EZ Flex Expandable Media Filter The Carrier EZ Flex expandable filter is a high-efficiency air filter. This filter has a MERV 10 efficiency while maintaining one of the lowest pressure drop ratings in the industry. This filter will provide cleaner air, reduced levels of dust and other airborne pollutants and enhanced system performance.
Easy to Assemble. It uses a simple, three-step assembly process that is much faster than other expandable filters on the market. Other expandable filters can take up to 15 minutes to assemble, requiring the installation of up to five combs (pleat spacers). The patented design of the EZ Flex does not require combs and assembles in less than 15 seconds. Three easy steps:
The EZ Flex serves as a replacement filter for many media air cleaners:
RECOMMENDED REPLACEMENT: Once a year for standard fan operation. Twice a year for continuous fan operation.
For optimal comfort and air cleaning, operate your heating and air conditioning system in the continuous fan or fan on mode. In this mode, the blower stays on even when there is not a call for heating or cooling. The air in your home is continually being circulated and cleaned.
