Prevent strong odors without having to spray chemical-filled air fresheners around the house. Pleated air filters begin to absorb household odors as soon as they are placed inside of a Payne, Bryant, Carrier or Day-Night Air Cleaner Cabinet. These filters replace the FILBBCAR0024 model previously used in air cleaners from the FILCAB & MPKA series.

In addition to absorbing strong odors, these discount filters capture household and atmospheric dust from pollen, mites, coal, grease, mold, insecticides and cigarette smoke. The Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value (MERV) of 8 assigned to the filters means they can remove tiny airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns.

The pleated filters are composed of factory original (OEM) filtering media and can last for as long as three months. Installing and removing these discount filters is easy, requires no special tools and takes no more than a few minutes. Check the filters often to make sure they are not drooping or clogged. When this occurs, it is time to replace them.
