Netscape Security Warning Messages

Confusing! Probably due to competition with Internet Explorer, Netscape takes the opposite approach about warnings focusing on the page you are on instead of the page you are going to!

The information you have entered is to be sent over an unencrypted connection and could easily be read by a third party.

Of course it can be read, you don't care if someone reads you are buying furnace filter! Seriously, this just means you are leaving a page that does not have sensitive information on it. You will not see this message on any page in our site that collects or displays sensitive information. It is followed by the next message...
